How amazing! I love the salvia and try to grow them here but it can be too wet and cold in the winter for them to survive. Lovely to see them in thier natural environment.
After living in the Pacific Northwest for 30+ years, Dan and I left our high-tech jobs to build our dream house in the country in a climate that is more conducive to an outdoor lifestyle. So here we are in SE Arizona, living the dream that was in the planning for 25 years.
I am writing this blog to keep track of time and our activities, in short to ensure we live with intention as this is the time of our lives.
"If you talk to the animals
They will talk to you
And you will know each other.
If you do not talk to them,
You will not know them.
And what you do not know
You will fear.
What one fears one destroys."

Whwn i think of your 'desert' i forget how many flowers and how much color you have. They're all lovely ... and all at once.
